07TERMS
Using this site, on clear and honest terms.
These Terms of Use govern browsing and using the Sensei DevCo website. They do not cover a purchase, subscription or paid transaction, because this site does not offer one.

- 06
Limitation of liability
PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable Mexican law and does not attempt to waive rights that cannot be waived by law. The exact scope of this clause is pending confirmation by qualified legal counsel.
- 07
Governing law and jurisdiction
PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
This site is operated by an individual domiciled in Jalisco, Mexico (see the Privacy Notice), with no U.S. office, incorporation, or domicile. These Terms are therefore governed by the federal law of the United Mexican States and, where applicable, the law of the state of Jalisco, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply based on present or future domicile.
This choice reflects the controller's real domicile and keeps consistency with the legal framework (LFPDPPP) that already governs the Privacy Notice. The exact wording of this clause has not been independently reviewed by qualified legal counsel; it is adopted as the site's operating position while that review is pending.
- 08
For U.S. visitors
This site is publicly accessible to visitors in the United States, and these Terms of Use are intended to be just as clear and honest for you as for any other visitor.
This site offers no purchase, subscription, free trial, or automatic-renewal / negative-option offer of any kind — only a contact form for generating inquiries. No disclosure required by the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) or equivalent state auto-renewal statutes applies, because there is no transaction to disclose.
Consistent with the baseline truthful, non-deceptive representation duty that Section 5 of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) imposes on businesses of any size, these Terms and the linked Privacy Notice are limited to describing what this site and its contact form actually do; no additional U.S.-specific consumer-protection disclosure is triggered beyond that baseline for a purely lead-generation site.
The "Governing law and jurisdiction" section above chooses Mexican law and the courts of Jalisco, Mexico, given the controller's real domicile — not the law of any U.S. state. That choice, together with the "Limitation of liability" section, remains marked pending legal review because the exact wording of both clauses (for example, adequate conspicuousness, or restrictions on waiving liability for gross negligence) has not been independently confirmed by qualified legal counsel.
